Is this HIPAA compliant?▾
SoapScribe processes your session notes to generate documentation and does not retain that content. We strongly recommend not including full client names or identifying information in your session summary — use initials or a client ID instead. As with any clinical tool, consult your state licensing board's guidance on documentation software.
How accurate are the notes?▾
The note is written strictly from what you provide. If you put nothing in a section, it returns "Not reported this session." — it does not fill gaps with plausible clinical content. In our user survey, 98% of therapists said the generated notes were accurate enough to use with minor or no edits.
Does it work for my specialty?▾
